The Power of Logic web site is primarily designed for students to
assess their understanding of materials in the text book and to
practice the new skills taught in courses based on the book.
The purpose of online help is not to provide instruction in logic, but
to explain how to use the components of the program.

Typing special symbols
Some of the symbols used in chapters 7-9 are not on the keyboard and
cannot easily be shown in html. Here is what you should type instead:

not have the means to determine any of your personal information or
grades from those id numbers because that information is on
McGraw-Hill's PageOut server where it is protected by your password
and your instructor's password. At poweroflogic.com we do not have
administrative access to the McGraw-Hill server and therefore we
cannot retrieve any personal data about you. We do not release any of
the information stored on our server to third parties and we are in
